AB collaborated with Mapleworks Design, interested tenants, and a local developer to re-imagine Meyer Hardware, a beloved community store in downtown Golden, Colorado, as an arts, retail, restaurant, and office hub, with 360 degree mountain views from the new rooftop bar.
